Brief Description

Villa Merika constist of 2 floors. The first floor is 130 square meters, consists of 3 double bedrooms and can accommodate 6 - 8 people. All bedrooms are spacious and offer the guest warmth, serenity and relaxation. They are fully renovated in modern and local/traditional color combinations and minimal decoration and are equipped with A/C and closets. All rooms have their own private balconies with one of them enjoying the unique view of the pool and the mountains. The Ground Floor is 85 square meters, located at the pool level, consists of one double bedroom with its private big bathroom with a whirlpool, a WC and it can accommodate up to 3 people. The bedroom is minimally decorated, with one double bed, closets and an armchair that opens and transforms into a single bed suitable for a child or an extra adult. The living room is large and equipped with two big sofas, a wide TV plasma and is connected with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table.The advantages of this floor is that it has its own huge balcony which is furnished with a wooden coffee-dining table and chairs where our guest can enjoy the tremendous view while having their breakfast, meal, dinner etc. Another advantage is that the apartment is located at the pool level and our guests can have direct access to the pool and the gardens. Wi-Fi connection is also available and free for the whole apartment.

Villa Merika Surroundings

Villa Merika is located between the villages Kiveri (ex-Kivernio when the first capital of modern Greece was Nafplio) and Xeropigado. The area is a perfect Mediterranean destination, ideal for relaxing under the Greek sun. It is situated exactly opposite Porto Heli and Tolo, only 150 km. from Athens and a 1½ hour drive from the airport Eleftherios Venizelos. More specifically, Kiveri is the last village of Argos and Xeropigado is the first Arcadian village we find coming from Nafplio or Argos. It is a gorgeous place that gives its guest the opportunity to admire the blue Argolic sea, all the way from Nafplio to Spetses and is well-known for its beautiful sunrises that emerge from the sea.
Villa Merika generously offers its hospitality in a stunning natural environment, to those who opt for a quiet holiday. It is a base for daily trips and swimming in the warm crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean. In recent years it has developed into an important touristic center.
Kiveri and Xeropigado villages are known for their sandy beaches and their delicious seafood. All along the coastline (7 km) between the two villages, there are cliffs with small caves and inaccessible beaches, ideal for snorkeling, tranquility and isolation.

1st floor

Villa Merika is divided into two apartments (1st floor & 2nd floor). The 1st floor is 130 square meters, consists of 3 double bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. All bedrooms are spacious and offer the guest warmth, serenity and relaxation. They are fully renovated in modern and local/traditional color combinations and minimal decoration and are equipped with A/C and closets. All rooms have their own private balconies with one of them enjoying the unique view of the pool and the mountains. Moreover, there is a large bathroom with whirlpool and a W.C. Its advantage is the spacious living room which is connected with a large fully equipped kitchen with a wide dining table, offers an amazing sea view from the wide balcony doors at the front and a great view of the mountains and the pool from the other side. Furthermore, our guests can enjoy the extraordinary view not only from the inside of the Villa but also from the balconies which are fully furnished with wooden tables, chairs, deckchairs and electric roller blinds, where you can have your breakfast, meal, dinner and drinks or even enjoy sunbathing and fresh air. The living room is decorated with large comfortable sofas and a wooden-stoned fire place. It is equipped with a large A/C, a wide screen plasma TV (with NOVA digital satellite tv connection) and a safe for your valuables. Wi-Fi connection is also available and free for the whole Villa.
